Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for servicing all departments across Scot Forge's three locations in their talent acquisition needs. This role will utilize high quality relationships created and maintained internally as well as externally with community representatives to successfully fulfill the Essential Responsibilities.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with operational business units to proactively maintain an active candidate pipeline that is aligned with internal customer requirements and cultural fit
+ Source, screen (in-person and virtual), analyze and present top-level talent for both contract and permanent non-exempt positions using a mix of digital and social media tools, community resources, job boards, high school, technical school and educational institutions
+ Able to support and utilize ATS platforms, analyzing resumes, conducting screenings, assisting with interviews, testing and ranking candidates
+ Hands-on experience with interview mediums, such as Teams and Zoom, user level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
+ Strong customer centric mindset, attention to detail and prioritization skills, excellent interpersonal skills
+ Outstanding communication skills and innate ability to connect with people
+ Will work closely with educational and community partners with Workforce Development initiatives

Education & Experience:
+ BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Organizational Development or related degree

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud (Talent Acquisition Specialist office is adjacent to Production floor). Occasional exposure to production areas while forklifts, pallet jacks, overhead cranes and related equipment is in use as well as seasonal, elevated temperatures associated with manufacturing environments as associated with metal forging.
