Your 'day to day':

This role will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition for the US (subject to change)

* Partner with the various business leaders and stakeholders US to understand the business requirements and translate them into a successful talent acquisition strategy across a variety of US based salaried positions.

* Manage the defined recruitment process for assigned positions in a timely and cost-effective way across multiple locations in the US.

* Identify, attract, engage and introduce the best and most diverse talents in the marketplace by providing market intelligence and screening while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

* Holistically utilize all recruitment resources at your disposal to identify top talent in the marketplace including but not limited to: Applicants, direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and local job fairs/community events.

* Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain data accuracy, and generate relevant reports for analysis.

* Lead offer negotiation and preparation with candidates.

* Onboarding - Partner with hiring managers and new hires to provide onboarding guidance to ensure optimal employee experience.

* Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing - Assist in the development and utilization of PMI's recruitment marketing and branding initiatives to attract top talent.

* Participate in and own TA specific projects on ad hoc basis for the enhancement of US Talent Acquisition success.

* Other duties as assigned

Who we're looking for:

* Bachelor's degree in business related field

* Significant experience recruiting in volume for salaried populations preferably across Commercial/Sales/Marketing functions.

* We prefer Talent Acquisition professionals who have a blend of both agency and corporate recruiting experience

* Experience utilizing multiple candidate sourcing tools, including social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and referrals.

* Someone who has an eye for making matches regardless of the function and can quickly learn new functional areas of an organization to identify the best available candidates in the market.

* Ability to adapt to constant change and find pathways to success even if direction is not clear

* Proven experience managing processes through an ATS

* Fluent in English

* A highly proactive professional who is driven by delivering results and highly organized, data oriented and self-motivated.

* A customer-oriented person and skilled at communication who is excited by providing a world-class experience to internal stakeholders and candidates.

* Legally authorized to work in the U.S

Annual Base Salary Range: $94,400-129,800
