Job Description:

Applus is a leading global provider of testing, inspection, and certification services. We work across a wide range of industries to ensure the safety, quality, and performance of our clients' products and operations.

Responsible for providing recruiting support and administration to the laboratories division in North America. This includes but not limited to recruiting and speaking with candidates across a variety of industries including NDT, cybersecurity, E&E, and Materials Testing.

Responsibilities

  • Work with each company to determine hiring needs and candidate qualifications
  • Develop and implement a recruitment tracking system
  • Manage LinkedIn recruitment license and job postings
  • Manage North American iCIMS recruitment portal
  • Manage other recruitment accounts like Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
  • Help write, proofread, and edit job descriptions
  • Manage resumes from on-line job boards
  • Candidate sourcing: Using a variety of strategies to attract top talent, such as job boards, social media, career fairs, University partnerships and employee referrals
  • Pre-screen candidates and conduct preliminary phone interviews
  • Circulate resumes and phone interview notes to hiring manager and sets up interviews
  • Collect and review feedback from interviewers & candidates
  • Promotes the Company brand to potential employee
  • Collaborate with marketing to help improve our Applus company branding in our North American facilities
  • Assists with future succession planning process

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of dedicated recruitment experience
  • Experience with iCIMS would be very beneficial along with ADP
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Proficient in HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Strong prioritization, ability to multi-task, detail oriented, and project management skills with being employee service driven
  • Excellent phone etiquette: professional, upbeat, energetic, takes initiative, dependable, takes pride in work.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

An Association or Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
