Job Type Full-timeDescriptionWe are currently looking for an outgoing and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the logistics of our applicant experience from sourcing to orientation. General duties will include recruiting the right talent, enhancing sourcing and recruiting efforts and running orientation and onboarding processes.
- Independently manages the candidate sourcing process for assigned job requisitions as a strategic partner to both recruitment function and hiring managers. Plans, develops, coordinates and carries out a range of creative, effective candidate sourcing strategies in order to create a viable candidate pool for open and/or hard to fill positions.
- Performs applicant phone screenings, virtual and/or face to face interviews of qualified candidates based on organizational or departmental need. As such follows established processes and/or policies to bring candidates from applicant to on boarding. Follows through with applicants through completion of the process.
- Collects and analyzes employee retention data including new hire 'check-ins,' and exit interviews.

Salary Description $50,000 - $52,000
