Our client, a mission-based nonprofit, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support HR team. Job Details:
- Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Rate/Salary: $30-35/hr

- Experience in -5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- High-volume recruiting experience
- Proficient in -ATS/HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite
- Soft Skills-Independent, Strong written and verbal communication skills, organized, dependable
- Education -Bachelors Degree Strongly Preferred Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
- Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
- Possess working knowledge of compensation skills to determine an appropriate salary.
- Resolve any issues and barriers associated with facilitating the seamless onboarding for new employees.
