(We are#27 in 2010) Job Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting. In this position you will use your skills to source, screen and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers. You may need to conduct final interviews with candidates to receive feedback on the process. You will be the public face of the company during the recruiting process, so you must ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final on-boarding process which includes offering candidates compensation packages. In this position, you will maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards. You will also act as the iCims System Administrator. Onsite 4 days, 1 day WFH (non-negotiable) Responsibilities Conduct in-take meetings to collaborate and consult with hiring managers to recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates Help identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools and establish interviewing criteria Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, state employment agencies, professional associations, employee referral programs, attending career fairs and college recruitment Evaluate applications, review resumes, complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool Make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions Plan and develop strategies to anticipate future employment needs Design and manage recruitment and selection processes Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, non-compete agreements, and corporate environment Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities Develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry Create new accounts and manage access permissions in iCims Train iCims users on functionalities and new features of the system Troubleshoot and report technical issues to iCims technical support team Develop and monitor dashboards, metrics and automated data feeds and reporting Update and alter job postings, account logins, ongoing reports and security measures in iCims Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate trainings pertaining to recruitment including interviewing skills and iCims training Train new hires as well as veteran employees on the recruitment process Qualifications - Skills & Requirements In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods Must have experience with database administration (ATS) preferably iCims Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Preferably iCims Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills Impactful presentation style Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Creative thinker and proactive problem solver Education & Experience Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for (5) years Bachelor's degree in Human resources or similar relevant field, or 7 years of direct talent acquisition work experience Physical Requirements OFFICE POSITION - While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to: Stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work Light to moderate lifting is required Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time Sedentary work Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
