We are excited to hire our first Talent Acquisition Specialist for our NYC office! This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of Finout's U.S. hiring processes and play a pivotal role in establishing a strong, unique culture in our growing New York team. As a member of our global talent team, you'll work closely with hiring managers in both NYC and Tel Aviv to drive impactful recruiting strategies while helping to scale the business.

We offer a competitive salary. salary range will be around $100,000 - $130,000.

Responsibilities

* Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S.-based roles, from sourcing to offer extension.

* Build U.S. Hiring Processes: Design and implement tailored hiring strategies for our NYC office, ensuring alignment with Finout's global practices.

* Collaborate with Global Teams: Partner with our TA team in Tel Aviv and work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders in NYC and Tel Aviv to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates.

* Shape Culture: Act as a cultural gatekeeper, ensuring new hires align with and enhance Finout's values and team dynamics.

* Innovate Talent Acquisition: Develop creative sourcing channels, outreach strategies, and branding campaigns to attract top talent.

* Use Data Effectively: Track key recruiting metrics to optimize processes, measure success, and support strategic decisions.

* Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, representing Finout's values at every touchpoint.

Requirements

* Recruitment Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, global high-tech or SaaS environment.

* Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to develop innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to attract top talent.

* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (e.g., Comeet) or the ability to learn new systems quickly.

* Data-Driven Approach: Experience tracking recruiting metrics and making process improvements based on insights.

* Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

* Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to partner with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.

* Self-Starter Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
