Job Description:

Our client is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated, creative, and determined, full cycle recruiting professional to join their Human Resources Team. This individual is responsible for full cycle recruitment from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring candidates.

The successful candidate will collaborate with program and department leadership on a regular basis and proactively identify current and future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, including social media, networks, and employee referrals. The key responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist are our client attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

● Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

● Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experiences as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).

● Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.

● Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, TEAMS

interviews, reference checks etc.)

● Working knowledge of ADP Workforce and Pinpoint ATS (preferred)

● Ability to juggle competing priorities.

● Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

● Strong decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy in partnership with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition.

● Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

● Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards etc.

● Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other recruiting outlets.

● Screen candidate resumes and job applications.

● Conduct Interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter

candidates within schedules.

● Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, soft skills and aptitudes.

● Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.

● Monitor and apply HR Recruiting Best Practices.

● Provide analytical and well documented recruiting updates and reports as requested.

● Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection

process.

● Promote the company's reputation as “Employer of Choice.”

-This is a contract position.

-This role requires ONE day (Monday) on site in Boston, MA.
