My client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its human capital function as the firm continues its intense growth trajectory. They will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent for the Firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers and external agencies to fulfill organizational hiring needs. They will help shape the future of our team by sourcing candidates across various functional areas and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection to onboarding.
- Sourcing & Networking: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative strategies to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Job Postings & Employer Branding: Craft compelling job descriptions, post openings on appropriate channels, and ensure the Firm is positioned as an employer of choice in the market.
- Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and provide guidance on hiring strategies.
- Collaboration with Recruiting Agencies: Development relationships with coordinate the recruiting process with external agencies, when necessary.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Offer Negotiations & Onboarding: Work with candidates to extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Data & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and cost-per-hire, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
- Handle other duties and special project, as assigned.
Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess all or most of the following experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally with experience in professional services and energy.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
