DescriptionPosition Summary:Bilingual English/Spanish OnlyThis is a temporary position with an assignment of 3 to 6 months. We are in need of a highly organized, poised individual who has experience sourcing and recruiting for High Volume positions in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.You will take ownership of:
- Managing an open job listing of 50-100 vacancies.
- Posting across all relevant job boards, sourcing and scheduling all interviews.
- Working with hiring managers to develop a recruitment strategy and talent pipeline for each open vacancy.
- Improving the candidate experience, following up with candidates to inform them of their application status.
- Managing our weekly onboarding process, coming up with new ways to streamline the process.
- Maintaining the applicant tracking system, sending status updates, moving candidates to the appropriate workflows, posting all jobs.
- Creating content maintaining all social networks including our internal monitors updated on open vacancies, and company events.
What you bring:
- 3-5 years' experience in recruiting; preferably in a warehouse or food service environment
- *Must be bilingual English/Spanish
- A proven track record of recruiting for a high volume and fast paced organization, 50-100 open vacancies on average.
- Excellent communication, phone skills, people skills, and organizational skills.
- The ability to handle multiple requisitions at one time.
- High emotional intelligence, the ability to work under pressure.
- Some analytical skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Should be self-motivated, a fast-learner, dedicated, and a team player.
- Must be able to work in a diversified/manufacturing environment.
