The Talent Administrative Assistant reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and supports a variety of internal and external stakeholders. This position is based out of our main office in Carrollton, GA.   • Serve as a key point of contact and provide personalized support for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Work within applicant tracking system to document and update job openings, candidate profiles, status changes, and other administrative activities
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and travel logistics with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and attention to detail
  • Monitor and respond to incoming applications and candidate inquiries to help ensure timely communication and positive candidate experience
  • Administer, track, and coordinate pre-employment activities including drug screening and background checks
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to help meet recruiting goals and adapt to changing hiring needs
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Administrative experience in an office environment
  • Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain sound judgement and discretion while handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word
