We are looking for a Talent Advisor/Corporate Recruiter to work exclusively with one of our clients, a Swiss multinational manufacturing company for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and nutrition sectors. In this dynamic team, you, as a Talent Advisor, are in charge of various external and internal vacancies in different business units and departments (white collar). You are responsible for managing and executing the recruitment strategy in close collaboration with the hiring manager, from defining and implementing an appropriate recruitment plan to advising on the possible optimization of the selection and recruitment process.

What will you do?

  • Conducted intake meetings and wrote and published job postings.
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team, which will screen potential candidates (CV screening, telephone screening interviews, and candidate assessment).
  • Present candidates to the hiring manager and steer the decision-making process.
  • Maintaine the ATS system up to date (reporting on screenings, interviews, rating of candidates, status application, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and appropriate internal team members to ensure adequate sourcing, recruitment strategies, and market mapping insights.
  • Development and maintenance of customer satisfaction, expanding a personal network on the client site every week
  • Working from the office three times per week (Location: Portsmouth)

  • Desire to drive efficiency and process optimization within the team
  • Collaborate with the local HR team on desired improvements
  • Full proficiency in English language
