The position: The Recruiter will partner with Hiring Managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the company to deliver the best talent. The Recruiter will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going hiring manager relationships all while having FUN doing it!
- Develop strong relationships and partner with Hiring Managers
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting top talent
- Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
- Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
- Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects
- Attract passive job seekers by using creative sourcing strategies
- Maintain recruiting process and create a positive candidate experience
- Implement search strategy and customize to specific roles
- High volume requisition load, consistently 65 -85 requisitions at a time
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- iCIMS Software experience preferred
- Ultimate Software experience a plus
- Tech-savvy; comfortable learning and utilizing new technology and platforms
- Discretion in dealing with confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams highly preferred
Physical Requirements:
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
Work Environment:
- This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week.
- The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
