Our client is seeking an experienced, driven, and dynamic Talent Agent to join their global talent management company. In this role, you will be responsible for discovering, developing, and managing talent across various industries, including entertainment, sports, media, digital content, and fashion. You will work closely with clients to identify new opportunities, negotiate deals, and guide their career growth on an international scale. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the talent landscape, industry trends, and a strong network of connections across various markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scout, identify, and sign emerging and established talent in entertainment, media, sports, digital content, and fashion sectors
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their career goals and provide strategic advice for career progression
• Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients with production companies, studios, brands, and other partners
• Secure advantageous financial terms, intellectual property rights, and other deal terms that protect and enhance the clients interests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in entertainment, media, fashion, sports, and digital platforms
• Stay informed on global industry trends, emerging markets, and new media platforms to identify new opportunities for clients

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a talent agent
• Proven track record of managing and developing talent across various industries
• Deep understanding of global market trends, including digital media, influencer culture, and brand partnerships
