STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India. The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role requires local candidates who can occasionally come on-site and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with under 5 years of experience. Proficiency with SAP and SuccessFactors is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders, including HR business partners, throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in organizing and preparing for recruitment events.
• Maintain weekly Talent Acquisition reports.
• Assist in creating and distributing communications for the Summer Internship Program.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficient with an ATS system, preferably SuccessFactors and ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience in creative sourcing using various channels (internet, social/professional networks, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with hiring laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Associate degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to remain stationary for most of the workday.

Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $20-30/per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
