Our client, a Financial Services firm based in NY, is looking to add a Talent Assessment Associate to their growing HR team.

Hybrid - 3 days NYC

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive associate with excellent project management and communication skills to join our HR team. The role will sit on the team that focuses on answering complex people-related questions, developing rigorous frameworks for assessment and evaluation, and fostering a culture of feedback and growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Lead strategic projects from start to finish, manage relationships with external assessment vendors, and contribute ideas to enhance outcomes and processes.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, providing recommendations for process improvements and future strategies.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to work on various assessment initiatives, supporting the principle of hiring and cultivating extraordinary people.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Adept project managers who can shape and drive initiatives, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a keen eye for continuous improvement will excel in this role.
  • A bachelor's degree, a demonstrated record of professional achievement, and three to five years of experience in comparable, cross-functional positions are required.
  • Individuals with a client service mindset, who thrive in a rigorous and collaborative environment and enjoy improving processes and moving projects forward, will be successful in this role.
  • Experience in HR, talent management, or an advanced degree in the human capital field is preferred but not required.
  • We seek candidates with impressive written communication and analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate potential issues.
  • A proven track record of effective collaboration with peers and other stakeholders is essential.
