Job Title:Talent Management & Development Sr. ManagerJob Description:The RoleThe Talent Management & Development Sr. Manager partners with Director, Talent Management & Development, HR Business Partners as well as the Business Unit leaders to define, design and deploy leadership and functional development solutions to enhance the workforce effectiveness. This role will have a dual focus as the leader of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and goals. This includes but is not limited to the development and implementation of Entegris' talent strategies, annual business processes and creation and delivery of new programs.In this role you will:
- Owner of the continued development and implementation of a diversity and inclusion strategy;
- Strong focus on employee engagement, recognition and diversity & inclusion efforts by growing newly created employee network groups and other engagement related programs globally
- Responsible to oversee and support employee network groups. Partner with groups and senior leaders to support initiatives, programs, and events. Coordinate across each group efforts; assist with proposing program budgets; Create alignment with employee resource group programming that engages the employee population globally
- Develop regional training plans that are aligned with the overall corporate strategy for DEI;
- Work with business leaders and field Human Resources, to identify training needs and trends within the business. You will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training, training delivery methods, tools and other variables to continue to help Entegris employees advance their skills and knowledge;
- Focus on continuous process improvement & efficiency across function;
- Assist with the coordination of training programs across the business;
- Lead the delivery of key leadership programs as needed;
- Elevate the performance of our already thriving workforce from the front-line to senior management. Your work successes will help Entegris team members grow in their roles and, ultimately, their careers, as well as reinforcing us as a Best in Class, global leader in advanced materials science;
- Work on additional projects across global HR as assigned.Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related discipline required;
- 7+ years of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion/Talent Management experience;
- Global experience a plus;
- Excellent computer skills - strong MS office competency required;
- Proactive, organized and disciplined in approach to complicated tasks;
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong ability to work independently and as a team player;
- Demonstrated understanding and application of HR best practices;
- Handle confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism;
- Experience managing medium sized projects across a complex organization highly desired.
