As Talent Management Project Coordinator VIE in our Human Resources team you will join the International Talent Team to be responsible for performing a variety of administrative, business-supportive, and technical tasks and activities in an international environment. This role requires flexibility in response to change and accommodating new methods and procedures.The role includes thoughtfully, collaboratively, and accurately handling complex or confidential topics (such as employee data, potential and candidate data, agenda topics, senior leader connections, ad-hoc reports, and specially assigned projects). We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.Main responsibilities:* Ensure timely completion and delivery of analytical reporting (Workday reports analysis, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) consolidation, PowerPoint presentation (PPT) preparation).* Be the point of contact for Global analytics/Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and Global Workday teams for new functionality implementation and updates.* Be part of regional projects and project stream coordination (crafting project plans and trackers, building slide decks, communication plans to support campaigns, plan and facilitating workshops and governance discussions, keeping minutes, following up on actions, other).* Preparation of various meetings (agenda, topics, PPT, follow-up communication).* Support the consolidation, preparation and/or design of documents, spreadsheets, meeting notes and presentations.* Track actions, decisions, and key discussion points in team meetings.* Be the point of contact for ad-hoc topics for the regional Talent community.* Contribute to other Talent activities in scope.About youExperience:* 2+ years working experience in similar role.* Healthcare or consumer goods industry background is a plus.Soft and Technical skills:* Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI (Business Intelligence).* Exceptional analytical skills.* Organized, attentive to details, pragmatic in problem-solving and excellent follow up skills.* Advanced skills on project coordination.* Strong organizational and communication skills.* Ability to dealt with multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment and ensure smooth and efficient flow of day-to-day operations.* Ability to understand business concepts, processes and related tools.* Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including senior management.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Ability to work with multiple time zones and used to working in an international environment.* Empathy, sensitivity and discretion in handling sensitive and highly confidential matters.Education:* Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication or related field.Languages:* English is a must.
