POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Management Specialist will help to drive the Association's success by supporting the development and execution of learning & development and organizational performance initiatives. This role works closely with the Human Resources leadership team to coordinate and maintain employee and management training, performance reviews and goal planning, and employee engagement surveys. The Talent Management Specialist will also provide administrative support, including responding to employee questions, administering recordkeeping systems, and data reporting and analysis. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for enhancing organizational development and performance to ensure that employees have the skills and support needed to excel in their roles. - Schedule ongoing hybrid learning events including management learning lunches, wellness learning, New Employee Orientation and New Leader Orientation, Management Development programs, compliance and mandatory learning, certifications, designations, and hybrid learning business skills programs.
- Supports the design and delivery of training activities including use and facilitation of meeting technology such as Teams or Zoom. Manage delivery logistical aspects such as scheduling, room reservations, food and beverage needs, technology/equipment setup and training records administration. Track and run reports on training attendance and completion rates.
- Assist with administration of performance review and goal planning processes, including quarterly reporting and the development and delivery of performance management training.
- Assist with the administration of the employee engagement program, including survey set-up, distribution, follow-up, and reporting. This includes coordinating focus groups and other feedback mechanisms and assisting in the development and delivery of training materials and reporting analyses.
- Oversee the insurance designations sponsorship program including approving Professional Development Incentives. Reconcile the Institutes training and coordinate with accounting to charge back to respective departments.
- Oversee employee onboarding process. Conduct New Employee Orientation (NEO) and New Leader Orientation (NLO). Coordinate with HR and other stakeholders to present during NEO and NLO. Update NEO/NLO materials and prepare packages. Ensure all employee compliance documents are completed and completion records are maintained and forwarded to Compliance.
- Serve as back-up for onboarding contingent staff. Ensure all contingent compliance documents are completed and completion records are maintained.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources administration
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups and all organizational levels
- Knowledge of employee regulations and HR compliance
- Knowledge of human resource information systems; ADP WorkforceNow experience preferred.

- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A bachelor's degree and at least three years of administration experience required. Experience may substitute for the degree. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Two (2) years of general human resources experience. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires the ability to speak, hear, and use a personal computer for standard business communications and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
