Nature and Scope of Role:
As a Talent Management Specialist within the Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE) you will contribute to the success of Regal Rexnord by collaborating with the COE team members in the planning, development, implementation, and improvement of Talent Management strategies. This position will focus on key Talent Management initiatives including Performance Management, Talent Review, Engagement Survey, and our Undergraduate Campus Development program. This role is a great opportunity to partner with HR leaders across the company to drive the continuous improvement of the Talent Management programs and align talent strategies to the organization's goals and objectives.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Lead and manage the execution of Regal Rexnord's annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end performance reviews. Program management will include design changes, testing and implementation, internal communication, troubleshooting, and training to support associates and managers through the performance management process.
Support the Talent Management process across the organization through project management, partnering with HRIS to create reporting tools and templates, perform data validation, and training facilitation.
Own the Engagement Survey process to drive engagement, retention, and meaningful actions throughout the organization. Responsibilities include survey design, launch, reporting, communicating results, leader training, and setting action planning expectations and follow-up. This role will partner closely with our HRIS and communication team and serve as the point of contact with our survey vendor.
Lead the management of our Early Career Rotational Program to develop a pipeline of well-rounded, high-potential associates for future leadership roles. This role will be the central point of contact for our early career program, to ensure a cohesive program across Regal Rexnord. The role will partner with our learning and development team to create an impactful development program, our talent acquisition team to support our campus recruitment strategy, and the functional steering committee to determine rotational opportunities for participants.
Drive reporting and measurement of the effectiveness of talent initiatives, including sharing insights with relevant stakeholders and using insights to provide continuous improvement.
Partner with HRIS to lead projects within Workday to enhance functionality and standardize Talent Management processes. Develop a library of training materials and resources and communicate changes to the HR partners. Provide HRIS troubleshooting support and train end users on custom Workday reports.
In addition to the key programs identified above, this role will partner with HR partners and the COE team on special projects that will drive talent management initiatives throughout the businesses.
Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
4 or more years of Human Resources experience
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS system
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to break down complex projects into smaller, manageable tasks and create a structured plan with clear timelines and milestones.
While this role is hybrid and based out of Milwaukee, we are open to considering remote candidates who are a strong fit for the position.
Expected Salary: $59,800- $89,700 annually.
