  • Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Manager to oversee and drive talent strategies for our US operations. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering an engaging and inclusive workplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US labour market, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to align talent initiatives with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Talent Strategy and Planning: •Develop and implement talent acquisition and management strategies that align with business objectives. •Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and create proactive plans to meet those demands. •Monitor and analyse talent trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Recruitment and Onboarding: •Lead the recruitment process for key positions, ensuring the hiring of top talent. •Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. •Design and refine onboarding programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires and improve retention. Employee Development and Retention: •Partner with managers to identify training and development needs, creating programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. •Implement strategies to promote employee engagement and retention, including recognition programs and career progression plans. •Drive performance management processes, providing tools and guidance for goal setting, feedback, and evaluations. Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration: •Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent-related matters, including workforce planning and succession management. •Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to build a cohesive and inclusive workplace culture. •Represent the organization at industry events, promoting employer branding and networking with top talent. Compliance and Reporting: •Ensure all talent practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws. •Track and analyze key metrics related to recruitment, retention, and engagement, presenting insights to leadership. Qualifications: •Experience: 8 of experience in talent management, recruitment, and employee development, with a focus on the US market. Skills: •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels. •Proven ability to develop and execute talent strategies that drive organizational success. •Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and other talent tools. Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications: •Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent. •Experience in high-growth or dynamic industries such as technology, healthcare, or professional services. •Proven track record in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
