We are rapidly expanding are extremely excited to present this opportunity! Position Overview: We are seeking a Talent Manager to join the Super Recruiter team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing candidate screening, scheduling, negotiation, reporting, and pipeline management, while ensuring compliance and adherence to recruitment best practices (basically everything but sourcing ). This role will also serve as the primary point of contact for client recruitment needs, managing the entire recruitment process from candidate screening to offer negotiation. Here's What You Can Expect:From a Recruiting Standpoint:
- Communicate with the sourcing team
- Evaluate candidates (in our communications platform, Discord)
- Approve candidate screening schedules
- Screen candidates for quality (using Metaview)
- Package candidate profiles for clients
- Send candidates to clients
- Send LinkedIn connection requests to candidates
- Assist with sourcing as needed
From an Account Management Standpoint:
- Send weekly reports to clients
- Assist with (new) client onboarding
- Manage client relationships
- Always go the extra mile with clients (always think, what else? )
- Attend both internal and external meetings
- Communicate with hiring managers and human resources
- Manage both internal and external applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ensure client satisfaction, communication, and attentiveness
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of professional working experience
- 6-12 months of staffing industry experience
- Location: South Florida (bonus if in Broward)
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Tech-savvy
- Access to an at-home work setup
- Ability to work on-site (in-office) 2 days a week
