Who are we looking for?

The Talent Operations Partner plays a key role in supporting our talent lifecycle and initiatives. This role touches all facets of the employee lifecycle from recruitment through performance reviews and professional development and will support talent acquisition efforts, the annual talent review process, annual performance reviews, large-scale hiring projects and early in career programs. Your work will be critical in shaping a high-performing and engaged workforce, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent with a key focus on optimization and automation.

This role requires excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You may be hired as a Talent Operations Partner or Talent Operations Specialist based on your depth of skill and breadth of experience.

What will you do?

Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, including coordination with IT, Talent Acquisition, and scheduling of orientation for new hires.
  • Lead the planning and execution of the company's intern and early in career programs, from recruitment to onboarding and development.
  • Support the recruitment process, including creating and maintaining active pipelines for key roles.
  • Manage candidate communication.
  • Support enterprise level hiring projects.
  • Talent Management:

  • Support the coordination and execution of the annual company-wide talent reviews cycle.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to facilitate discussions around talent development and succession planning.
  • Analyze and report on talent data.
  • Annual Performance Reviews:

  • Manage the administration of performance reviews, functioning as a super-user of the performance platform.
  • Provide ongoing reporting on performance review progress.
  • Deliver training to new hires and new managers on the performance review cycle.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partners to continuously improve the performance review process, integrating feedback and best practices.
  • Learning and Development:

  • Support the growth of the new LND program as needed.
  • Provide ongoing reporting and analysis on program adoption.
  • Special Projects:

  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table.
  • This is an onsite position at our office in San Diego.

    What education and experience do you need?

    A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in one or more relevant areas of Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in ATS/HRIS software (experience with ADP and/or Cornerstone is a plus).
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination.

    What does the position pay:

    Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

    The expected range for this role is $90,000-110,000 annual compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
