This position is crucial in supporting recruitment, onboarding, and the overall employee lifecycle within the organization. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing systems, processes, and documentation to ensure smooth and efficient talent operations. The role focuses on the effective execution of talent-related processes and systems throughout the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including prescreening or conducting initial interviews, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and tracking applicant progress through the hiring pipeline.
  • Fact Finding: Regularly meet with site leadership to discuss current and future staffing needs for accounts. After understanding these needs, collaborate with the Talent Acquisition department to develop and implement a strategic staffing plan as necessary.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to employee information, recruitment activities, and other talent management processes. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements within talent operations and work with relevant stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and other talent-related data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and organizational policies related to hiring, employment practices, and employee records.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding talent operations, providing timely and accurate information as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the talent management team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing documents.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
QualificationsQualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-2 years minimum previous experience in an onboarding and/or recruiting position.
  • Experience: Related customer service/hospitality/human resources/recurring experience is preferred. Prior experience in HR or talent management roles is advantageous.
  • Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to pass PMCs background check requirements
  • Use of personal cell phones will be required for work purposes
