Job Title: Talent PartnerLocation: US - RemoteReports to: Chief People OfficerOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will partner with leaders across all levels of the organization to identify, attract, and hire top talent that aligns with our mission and values. You will own and drive the entire hiring process, providing strategic guidance to hiring managers and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge by partnering with the People team to contribute to impactful initiatives that shape the overall employee experience.While experience in technical recruiting is a plus, it is not required. We are eager to hear from recruiters with a passion for talent acquisition who are also interested in expanding their impact by contributing to broader people operations initiatives.What you'll be doing:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding new hires across all departments and levels within the company.
- Partnership with Leadership: Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and executives to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and design tailored recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, providing feedback, and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Strategic Sourcing: Actively source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, ensuring a strong and diverse pipeline of talent.
- Hiring Process Leadership: Lead interview debriefs, facilitate discussions on hiring decisions, and provide data-driven insights to guide leaders through the hiring process.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to ensure hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Technical Recruiting (Bonus): If applicable, leverage experience in technical recruiting to help grow Sortly's engineering and product teams, identifying top-tier tech talent in a competitive landscape.
- Collaboration with People Operations: Work closely with the People team to support initiatives that drive employee engagement, development, and retention. Participate in projects that enhance Sortly's culture and overall employee experience.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building Sortly's employer brand by highlighting our company culture and career opportunities both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house environment with a desire to expand their knowledge in people operations and contribute to Sortly's broader employee experience initiatives.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across departments and levels; bonus if you have experience recruiting technical talent.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, driving effective and timely hiring decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring process.
