The Recruiter is dedicated in identifying current and future staffing needs, advertising open positions, keep detailed records about candidates, and guide applicants through the recruiting process. The recruiter is responsible for sourcing and selecting qualified candidates, achieving hiring targets and contribute to the company's overall talent acquisition strategy.Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Write and post job descriptions using internal and external sources.
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Conduct variety of phone interviews
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
- Building and maintaining relationships with universities
- Participate in hiring events such as but not limited to career fairs and conferences
- Conducting hiring events
- Design and post hiring flyers on company social media accounts.
Travel Requirements:
- Must attend discipline specific conferences throughout the year.
- Must schedule and attend college career fairs
- Must travel to scheduled hire events
Qualifications:
- Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure to fill positions
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Experience in maintaining ATS
- Understanding of the services provided and the company industry
