As Service Express has been growing, so have our teams to support our global expansion! As such, we are looking for a passionate Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top talent across various platforms, helping us build a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Here's what this role is all about:
* Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists in collaboration with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics
* Conduct market mapping to understand where to find the best talent
* Provide insights on market trends and candidate availability to inform job descriptions and requirements
* Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to identify potential candidates
* Leverage applicant tracking system and candidate relationship management tools to streamline sourcing efforts
* Create and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs
* Segment candidates by skills, experience, and career aspirations for targeted outreach
* Actively seek out diverse candidate pools to promote inclusivity within the organization
* Initiate conversations with potential candidates to gauge interest and fit
* Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates, even if they are not currently applying for a position
* Attend industry events, webinars, and meetups to expand professional networks, build relationships with industry influencers, and potential candidate sources
* Track and analyze sourcing metrics to assess the effectiveness of different strategies
* Provide reports on candidate pipelines, sourcing channels, and diversity metrics
* Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest recruitment technologies and trends
* Share best practices and sourcing techniques with team members

* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools
