WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Manage the pre-screening process for candidates and schedule interviews for various positions, including project managers, sales roles, and quality managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
- Support recruitment efforts by maintaining and updating requisitions for 35-40 open positions.
- Utilize Paycor HRIS and LinkedIn for candidate management and sourcing, transitioning to SuccessFactors in the near future.
- Assist in streamlining the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and adherence to deadlines in a fully remote work environment.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 3-5 years of strategic sourcing / talent sourcing experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry within a regulated space
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Paycor and SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume requisitions and manage scheduling efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work remotely and collaborate across EST/CST time zones.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with flexibility to start in late December or early January.
- Must pass a 10-panel background check and drug screening.
