Job Description:

Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join their team. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be part of the HR Talent Acquisition team supporting the Chief Operations Office (COO) which includes Global Technology (GT), the Chief Data Office (CDO), the Transformation Office (TO), Global Investment Operations (GIO), Global Client Account Services (GCAS), Enterprise Risk, and Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services (CREWS), all of which are vital to supporting the execution of the firms critical programs, running and modernizing the firms operations, enabling strategic business objectives, and protecting the firm through strong controls and risk management. The ideal candidate will have strong networking abilities, a knack for sourcing on social media platforms, and a passion for exploring various roles, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Talent Sourcer

**Location:** Owings Mills, MD (Hybrid)

**Pay Range:** $41 - $46/hr W2

**What's the Job?**

+ Partner with lead recruiters and hiring managers to understand the position requirements, provide insight into labor market trends, and candidate availability.

+ Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search) and maintain candidate databases (e.g. via Application Tracking System) for accurate reporting.

+ Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, SeekOut).

+ Develop pipelines of under-represented talent groups for current and future hiring needs.

+ Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, receive offers and are hired.

**What's Needed?**

+ Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 5+ years of total relevant work experience.

+ Professional experience as a Recruiter and/or Talent Sourcer who takes pride in exceeding hiring goals, specifically related to sourcing diverse and under-represented talent.

+ Passion and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), with experience supporting related corporate initiatives.

+ Practical experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings), familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs/CRMs).

+ Solutions-oriented collaborator with a powerful sense of personal accountability, motivation, and willingness to share ideas and think creatively.
