We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Partner (Sourcer) to join our Talent Acquisition team. As part of the largest private employer in the Central Valley, you will play a critical role in supporting a system of over 10K employees strong, making the average day anything but average.

Responsibilities

In our Sourcing function, our current focus is on Candidate Rediscovery and you will support external recruitment by engaging with candidates already within our existing funnel and vast ATS database. Creating an excellent candidate experience through engagement over phone calls, text, emails (or other digital platforms), you will seek to understand candidate interests and motivations with the ultimate goal to pair their career goals with CHS opportunities and meet organizational recruitment and staffing goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field required

Equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree

1 year of previous recruitment experience or healthcare human resources experience required

Strong knowledge and understanding of talent acquisition required

Work experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare setting preferred
