Job Description:
The Talent Specialist is responsible for the complete recruitment life cycle with all levels of employment openings at their assigned sites. This position independently identifies, screens, interviews and verifies candidate credentials for all positions. The Talent Specialist is responsible for the complete recruitment life cycle with all levels of employment openings throughout the Temple University Health System. Develops comprehensive recruitment strategies and action plans in collaboration with hiring managers in effort to build a talent pipeline strategy that ensures a continuous flow of candidates is established. Leverages the TUHS brand to effectively market positions to both active & passive job seekers.
