  • Engages & participates with the recruiting/sourcing using all resources effectively
  • Accurately document in real-time client job order requests and keep updated within operational software system
  • Performing applicant interviews to include contingent job offer & required document process
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing a min of 10+ candidates weekly
  • Manages & performs drug screen process and compliance
  • Ensure completion and compliance of background checks for new hires
  • Facilitates and conducts company & client orientations to qualified candidates
  • Responsible for documenting all candidate/associate communications, maintain personnel file, and facilitate employee separations along with feedback surveys/exit interviews
  • All other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring Here's what else we're looking for:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • 1-2 years of previous customer service experience (retail, restaurant, etc.)
  • Above average communication skills to communicate effectively with applicants and employees
  • A cooperative, team-oriented demeanor, yet also able to work independently
  • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Physical Requirements: To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to communicate and visit other offices, prospects and clients. In addition, the staff associate must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Requires good hand/eye coordination, arm/hand/ finger dexterity including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read and write the application information.
