Purpose:This position is responsible for facilitating the full talent-acquisition cycle, requiring a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and the demonstrated ability to communicate effectively within and outside of the corporation. Along with the full HR Team, supports Generalist functions as needed in the area of benefits, training, employee relations, and reporting. This is a hybrid position, commonly requiring an on-site presence once a week or as needed in response to demands.Responsibilities:Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Recruitment:
  • Collaborates with the Director, HR and hiring teams to develop recruitment and sourcing strategies.
  • Serves as the primary recruitment consultant, coordinating between Human Resources and operations supervisors.
  • Facilitates job postings and the full-onboarding cycle via ADP Workforce Now in alignment with policies and procedures.
  • Ensures candidate background checks and drug testing is processed and completed prior to start dates via Justifacts.
  • Conducts employment screenings with applicants, of all levels and types of positions, including management.
  • Communicates thoroughly and accurately position responsibilities and terms and conditions of employment with candidates, including compensation and all benefit areas.
  • Represents PANTHERx at external and internal functions (i.e., career fairs, sponsored events, etc.), and provides the public with information about PANTHERx career opportunities.
  • Supports the HR department with talent acquisition reporting.
  • Completes COBRA administration via ADP function and coordinates with IT and supervisors on the closure of accounts and return of property.
  • Processes promotions within ADP system and generates related correspondence.
  • Ensures employees receive exit interviews, generates reports from exit survey data, and assists with identifying trends.
  • Ensures process compliance in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Generalist Areas:
  • Support the organizational structure by maintaining accurate job descriptions for all positions, in collaboration with the Director.
  • Responds to employee questions and issues as they arise, coordinating with the Director and other HR team members as needed in a timely manner and as needed.
  • Provides departmental support with leave administration, and employee relations.
  • Maintains accurate and timely employee records in ADP WorkforceNow.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, and one year of recruitment experience required. Some Generalist experience preferred. Demonstrated experience in MS Office applications and MS Teams required. Experience managing HR processes in an ADP WorkforceNow environment strongly preferred. Demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral. SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.Work Environment:PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy offers flexibility only to eligible employees to work hybrid or remotely without compromising work performance, productivity, or team collaboration.
