Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for positions such as technicians, call center representatives, and other essential roles within the company. This role is crucial in supporting our expansion and maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technicians, call center staff, and similar roles.
  • Candidate Screening:
  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential fits.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaboration:
  • Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Onboarding Support:
  • Assist in the development of onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally within the home services industry.
  • Proven ability to recruit for technical and customer service roles.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
