Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Conference Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in catering and conference services and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences. This role requires proficiency in Delphi FDC, strong financial acumen, and a meticulous approach to planning and executing catering services for groups ranging from 50 to 500 guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detail and execute catering services for groups of various sizes, ensuring seamless planning and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Utilize Delphi FDC to manage and track event details and client requirements.
  • Work closely with the accounting team and coordinators on group deposits, billing, and final settlements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Focus on detailing and servicing events, addressing client needs with precision and responsiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in catering and conference services.
  • Proficiency in Delphi FDC.
  • Must be currently available for immediate travel and able to commit to assignments lasting up to three weeks at a time.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience handling group deposits and settlements.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented approach and dedication to executing memorable events.
