Qualifications: Middle School Staff for the following subjects: - 6 Grade Science
- The purpose of this task force will be to update the SLOs and also create a scope and sequence with daily activities that are not dependent on Discover Education.
- 7 Grade Science
- Updating SLOs. Creating a scope and sequence with daily activities that are not dependent on Discovery Education.
- 6-8 Grade Math
- Work on common assessments (formative and summative) for IM. Creating a Unit 0 curriculum. Creating slide sets for use with all middle school math teachers.
- Gateway to Technology
- Examining and updating Design and Modeling Standards.
Reports to: - Deidre Ripka, Director of Secondary Education
Task Force Responsibilities: - Identity priority standards and units of study based on survey results, and review resources aligned to them.
Compensation: - Task force work related to curriculum, instruction, and assessment will be completed as needed outside of the school day.
- Stipend per hourly rate for curriculum work per contractual agreement.
