Role and Responsibilities:
The Tasting Room General Manager is instrumental in offering an unmatched Tasting Room experience, constantly surpassing guest expectations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Efficiently managing labor and wine expenses.
Optimizing wine sales, wine club memberships, and merchandise sales.
Leading and developing a dynamic team.
Establishing, instructing, and upholding departmental standards.
Ensuring our guests always have a memorable experience.
Coordinating with other departments for smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
Schedule:
Wednesday – Sunday, more if required by business demands.
Weekends, Evenings, Holidays

Compensation:
$80,000 + Performance-based Discretionary Bonus
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or significant experience in a related field.
Proven management experience, preferably in the wine/hospitality industry.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of wine and wine production is an asset.
Proficiency with POS systems.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
