We provide clients with the highest quality audit, tax, financial consulting, business valuation, information systems consulting, and outsourced accounting services. Our industry-specific professionals offer independent, innovative, practical advice while adding value through technical expertise and a deep understanding of our clients' businesses.DeJoy's Tax Practice is currently seeking experienced senior accountants and managers with their CPA to join our growing firm. The Tax Manager/Senior Accountant we hire will be responsible for:· Planning, coordinating, preparing, reviewing, and delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations· Preparing and reviewing complex income tax returns· Cultivating trusted relationships with clients and drawing on those relationships to design and deliver expert consulting and innovative, results-focused planning· Travel of about one week per year -- to client sites, continuing ed courses, and/or AICPA/BDO annual seminars*Salary:*Senior Associate $63,000-78,000 annuallyTax Manager $85,000-95,000 annually*Qualifications include:*· 5+ years of public accounting experience· BS or higher in accounting· CPA· Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis· Experience working in a paperless, electronic environment· Consistent access to reliable transportation for traveling to client locations as needed· Experience preferred in the industries that our firm serves: manufacturing, construction, employee benefit plans, and real estate· Extensive experience using CCH Engagement and CCH ProSystem/Checkpoint preferredThe ideal candidate will show a track record demonstrating:· Loyalty and dependability· A deep commitment to teamwork· Skills in developing quality team and client relationshipsDeJoy cultivates a challenging, collaborative working environment that supports our team members' professional growth and advancement opportunities.
