About The CompanyOur client is a liquidity provider to real estate investors, providing equity for recapitalizations, partner buyouts, and capital infusions. They are seeking a Tax Advisory Analyst who will assist in tax advisory and structuring services.Responsibilities
- Work with Global Head of Tax and service providers to manage/coordinate the tax reporting process for all of the firm s funds
- Prepare structure chart alternatives for contemplated transactions
- Assist with investor due diligence process during fundraising
- Own due diligence process on transactions
- Work with the investment team on layering in post-tax IRR, to underwriting, to understand tax implications for GPs/LPs
- Facilitate flow of information throughout the firm for all long-term hold fund models
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree required
- 4-6 years of experience in institutional tax compliance
- Experience working with real estate clients
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and presentation skills in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Salary Range$80,000-$100,000
