You will have the opportunity to:
- Assist in preparation of the U.S. federal consolidated corporate income tax return, including domestic proforma tax returns and supporting workpapers
- Prepare all international aspects of the U.S consolidated federal income tax return including but not limited to E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, and FDII
- Assist in preparation of the quarterly and annual income tax provision for domestic and international subsidiaries in accordance with ASC 740
- Perform tax research on various issues, including domestic and international tax provisions of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code
- Assist with analysis of repatriating cash to the U.S.
- Assist with other aspects and identified special projects and support the tax team to meet the goals and objectives of the tax department
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to obtain information or provide information
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 1 year of tax experience in public accounting or equivalent corporate experience (Federal tax experience required)
- Organized individual with an attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Self-motivated individual with desire for continuous learning
- Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines and multitask and prioritize multiple projects
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of SAP, OneStream, and ONESOURCE
