Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Tax Attorney. The Tax Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation in tax controversy cases. The role will involve conducting legal research, analyzing tax regulations, advising clients on tax strategies, and representing clients in tax-related disputes and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in tax law
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law
• Experience in representing clients in tax-related disputes is a plus
• LLM in Taxation
• 1500 year billing requirement
• Experience resolving at least 200 tax controversy cases
