Experience: 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on partnership tax
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of partnership taxation, including Form 1065 and Form K-1
- Experience with tax research and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in tax preparation software (e.g., Lacerte, UltraTax)
- Experience with international tax is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review partnership tax returns (Form 1065 and Form K-1)
- Advise clients on partnership tax matters, including structuring, compliance, and planning
- Conduct tax research and analysis
- Represent clients in tax audits and examinations
- Manage and mentor junior staff
- Stay up-to-date on tax law changes and developments
