Position: Tax Manager

Location: Onsite in Westwood, MA (potential for hybrid following one year)

Job Duties:

• Review complex to medium individual tax returns.
• Manage bookkeeping and tax return preparation for high-net-worth individuals and small businesses.
• Provide client relationship management and tax planning services for business owners.
• Oversee a team in a supervisory role and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• CPA or EA certification required.
• 5 years of experience in public accounting, ideally in a small CPA or EA office.
• Experience as a generalist working with a variety of industries.
• Proven background in supervision and team leadership.
• Review complex to medium individual tax returns.
• Manage bookkeeping and tax return preparation for high-net-worth individuals and small businesses.
