A professional services firm in New York City is actively seeking an experienced Tax professional to join their staff as a Tax Partner / Senior Manager and focus on Financial Services clients. Responsibilities: The Tax Partner / Senior Manager will be responsible for tax planning, research and compliance for clients in the Financial Services industry, specifically hedge funds, investment partnerships and other financial related companies. Qualifications:

• 6++ years of Tax experience working with Financial Services clients
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA and/or Master's Degree in Taxation
• Experience doing Tax Allocations (i.e. aggregate layering, tax analysis, tax adjustments)
• Experience in other Tax Management companies, C- & S- corps, individuals, etc.
• Microsoft Excel proficient
• Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
