The Tax Professional will be involved in all partnership tax compliance and planning.

Our client is a global leading alternative asset management firm. They are located in New York City, and in need of an experienced tax professional to join their team.

Description

They key responsibilities of this role include the following:

• Partnership tax compliance and provision
• Some structuring and planning
• Training junior staff
• Collaboration with fellow team members to ensure smooth processes

Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

• 6-12 years of professional tax experience
• CPA preferred
• Partnership tax experience with HF/PE clients
• Ability to be on site in NYC 4x per week
