- Review and prepare yearly tax filings for financial service clients and their general partners and investment managers
- Review and prepare complex partner tax allocations
- Assist fund administrators on resolving day-to-day tax issues
- Research tax treatment of complex financial instruments and corporate actions of funds
- Assist in the tax planning for funds including structuring new funds and optimizing existing fund s tax strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in taxation
- 3-5 years of tax experience working with financial services clients
- CPA preferred
- Strong knowledge of partnership tax accounting rules
Salary Range$80,000-$105,000
