Job DescriptionPurpose:To assist school staff in providing middle school students with targeted reading and math experiences through provided academic remediation or enrichment activities.Qualifications:Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college (ie, Campbellsville University, demonstrate strong skills in reading comprehension or mathematical concepts, desire to provide clear and effective communication skills both with students and staff members, commitment to being a positive influence and role model, and be available after-school hours (M-Th 3:00-5:00; Friday 1:00-3:00)Duties/Responsibilities:Students will work under the direction of program site coordinator and/or classroom teacher(s) to provide academic remediation or enrichment, as well as homework help as needed.Schedule Requirements:After-school program hours are M-Th 3:00-5:00, and Friday 1:00-3:00 each day that Taylor County Schools is in session. Program is scheduled to start on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.
