It will be responsible for generating new customers and managing existing ones. The product lines represented will include Big Ass Fans, Hunter Industrial, Super Duty Fans along with the additional products lines represented.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Execute an annual business plan to meet the sales targets and growth expectations
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process - creating quotes, customer follow up and booking orders
  • Prospect strategically identifying qualified opportunities.
  • Ensure optimum customer relations among existing customers and prospective customers.
  • Assess customer requests and make appropriate product recommendations
  • Complete onsite customer visits to complete site design and make recommendations
  • Participate in trade shows as needed.
  • Record and update correspondence and activities in the CRM.
  • Exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.

Learn more at www.tombarrow.comQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS Education- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.Experience- preferably (5) years' experience direct selling, marketing within a manufacturing or related industryOther skills -
  • Sales and Marketing skills - ability to strategically present equipment to facility owners, electrical contractors or electrical engineers, capitalizing on needs and opportunities. This would include mentoring quotations and presenting proposals.
  • Technical Product Knowledge - Pre-Sale and Post-Sale technical support for equipment produced by approximately manufacturers.
  • Customer Relationship skills - ability to develop working relationship with customers by anticipating and meeting customer needs
  • Job Management Skills - current projects may number from fifty to one hundred fifty jobs at different stages of development; organizational and communication skills are a must
  • Problem Solving - ability to creatively address problem issues to point of resolution; these would include application, delivery, billing/collection issues as well as addressing job site issues
  • Computer skills - Microsoft Windows environment software used for selection, pricing, quoting, submittals, ordering, expediting shipment, billing, communicating with factories and customers
  • Multi-tasking and stress management
  • Must be willing to travel extensively.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as have a team-oriented disposition
