JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs for the Bingo facility to include all gaming equipment and building maintenance. Ensures operation of all equipment by monitoring equipment, troubleshooting malfunctions, and recommending equipment purchases and replacements.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
SKILLS:
* Must have good math skills. (Test required)
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members, management, and outside agencies. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum of two (2) years working experience using hand tools, power tools, and other small repair equipment.
* Minimum of two (2) years working experience using clean solvents, chemicals and equipment.
* Minimum of two (2) years building maintenance experience performing light plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
* Minimum of one (1) year experience operating of lifts, to include articulates, scissor, and fork lifts in and outside of facilities.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have valid State Driver's license, posses a clear driving record, and meet the organizations insurance criteria
* Must attend training and/or continuing education as assigned.
* Applicants will be required to successfully pass an agility exam with at least a medium physical demand level score to determine if physically capability to perform the essential functions of the job.
* Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
* Must be able to work any shift assigned to included days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
* Must have a successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
