Base pay $19.53/hour additional compensation for higher education and/or years of experience in the field, up to $22.76.$1,000 Sign on Bonus. Schedule: 8-4 pm M-F - This position follows the public school holiday time off schedule. As a Direct Care Professional, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Fitchburg, MA, this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
